Personal injury collision occurred on 10-03-15 1818 hours, SH51 at 401st W
Ave, 5.8 miles west of Mannford, Ok. in Creek County.
Vehicle 1 – 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle. Driven by Phillip Ingram,
white male, age-53 of Jennings, Ok. Transported by Mannford EMS to OSU
Medical in Tulsa, Ok. Admitted good condition with trunk external, leg and
head injuries.
What Happened: Trooper was dispatched to the call and located the victim
on foot at 393rd West Ave on SH51. Victim did not know location of the
collision and was transported by Mannford EMS. The vehicle was located the
next day, 10-04-15, by Mannford Police at 401st W Ave on SH51. Apparently
the vehicle departed roadway to the left on eastbound SH51.
