We have another dog being fostered in Tulsa for our group. This little cutie is being fostered in Tulsa, OK – she has been named Gertie. She had the misfortune of being abandoned at the New Mannford Ramp Campground out here, then put in the dog pound for several weeks & eventually placed into foster by the Friends of the Mannford, OK Animal Shelter. She is a Jack Russell Terrier, about 9, she is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, has had a recent dental, is house trained, knows how to use a doggy door, behaves well in the house, gets along well with her foster mom’s dogs (and nieces), is adaptable, cuddly, likes to lounge on the sofa or sleep in bed with her foster mom – or guests if they’ll let her. She is such a sweet girl & really deserves a new forever home. Sometimes the older doggies make the best pets, all the bad habits are gone & they just like to chill. I know, I have adopted a senior in my years of owning dogs!
Since she is being fostered we are asking an adoption fee of $50 to help defray some of her vetting expenses. Potential adopters can email for an application to[email protected] or message on our facebook page.
