Phelps Market held a bake sale July 26th to benefit the Back pack for Kids program headed up by Wayne and Deanna Murheid. It was a huge success! Between the sales of baked good and donations we raised enough to support 5.5 kids for an entire year! A huge thanks to all employees and customers who brought homemade goodies made with Love to support this effort! Thank you Colleen Costillo for heading this up and Janie Costillo for volunteering your time to work it! We appreciate all that the Murheid’s do for our community and this project! Thanks to all who donated and purchased our goodies! It was such a great success and we hope to do it again in the fall!

Pilot Club welcomes two new members.
Pilot Club of Mannford held its regular meeting on July 21,2015 at Steer Inn. In attendance: Patti Nelson, Millie Moore, Lois Fisher, Linda Bruner, Elisa Anderson, Kay Pulliam, Pam Bellamy, Kindra Caruthers, and Lillie Dunn, and guest C.L. Harmon. The group welcomed two new members, Lillie Dunn & Kindra Caruthers. In addition, it installed new officers for 2015-2016 .
