A drowning incident occurred on 05/18/2018, at 2059 hours near the Harbor Marina on Keystone Lake, in Creek County.

 

Recovery made by drag bar at 2155 in approximately 30 feet water.

 

Victim: Michael D Goodenough, white male, age 47 of Tulsa, Ok. Pronounced by Mannford EMS at the scene.

 

What happened: Victim departed a house boat to swim east approximately 100 feet. Victim went under water and did not resurface.

 

Personal floatation device: Not in use

Investigated by Trooper Ricky Humdy #543 of the Marine Enforcement Division of Troop W. Assisted by Trooper Shaun Vann #937 of the Marine Enforcement Division of Troop W.
