We contacted the former publisher and founder of TMR (The Mannford Reporter), C.L. Harmon, for a statement regarding the passing of Mannford Police Chief Lucky Miller.

Harmon, who is not affiliated with the online version of the paper, commented, “this is a terrible loss to the community and his prayers go out to both families involved in this tragedy.”
