PENSACOLA, Florida – Mannford Police Chief Lucky is dead after an incident in Florida, News On 6 has confirmed. A Mannford officer has been arrested.

Officer Michael Patrick Nealey is being held for homicide. Nealey is 49 years old and being held in Pensacola Florida.
